TCG Smiths is a trading card resale business that had been built on third-party marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. Those platforms brought sales, but they also took fees and control. We created the brand, built the website and launched an ecommerce store so the business could sell on its own terms.
A healthy business handing over margin and customer relationships to marketplaces. Every sale came with a fee and a buyer who belonged to the platform, not to TCG Smiths. To grow profitably, they needed a store of their own.

The new store made £10,000 in its first month across 112 orders, all on a platform TCG Smiths owns. With around 20% less going to marketplace fees, more of every sale stays in the business, and they finally have a direct line to their own customers.
