L'Oreal's medical division needed a better way to train and support its team. Classroom sessions were hard to schedule, the training team had no clear view of who had completed what, and reps out in the field had nowhere quick to check the details they needed. We were brought in to build a single platform that solved all three.
The knowledge was there, but it was locked into in-person sessions and paperwork. People could only learn when a session was arranged, the training team was guessing at progress, and field reps were relying on memory when it mattered most.
